The dawn is here...

Missing my brother, Marlet

It was my brother’s b-day last May 11. In fact he’s supposed to be 39 if he did not leave us. We didn’t have party instead, we went to church to attend the Mass petition for him. The whole family is there,  I wasn’t able to join them coz I’m here in Negros.  They visited him at the cemetery. They bought foods to prepare after they visited him and some drinks for a little salo-salo at home for the whole family.

The cemetery is very near the Talisay, Cebu beach.  It is nice even if it’s not too clean, there are still some places to look at.  It’s such a nice treat to go to Talisay to have a look around the beaches at the same time to watch the new SRP road and to breathe some fresh air from sea breeze. It was weird; there were too many tourists this time. The summer is almost over so the tourists have left until rainy days. It’s sad to hear that our family is lacking one member and my brother’s daughter and wife misses him very much. That must be hard for our Mama and Papa, but what can we do. It hurt us a lot, but we can do nothing. We know that he’s in good hands right now.
