In season like this, it ruins my diet, yes I can say that for at Christmas time there are lots of foods we prepared at the table and we can’t control our-self on eating food we prepare. But at this time, it is not a problem anymore for there are weight loss pills that can protect us and it won’t ruin our diet, in fact even eating our favorite foods during especial occasion, with no worries at all.
