Goodbye fat belly

Philippines is a third world country most of the Filipinos are not really familiar with rid belly fat. Even I myself, I’ve known and learned it from a friend who is a dietitian. A fat burner team expert once told him that “if you are wealthy, you should be healthy” to attain this goal a person should be diet concious and always careful on everything they eat. Even were living on a third world country, we can also be healthy and it’s not a frustration of getting  belly fats anymore.

Saved by the bell

My friend from Florida arrived yesterday , then my mobile and invited me for dinner. When I saw her, she’s very huge, don’t expect to see her like that, super sexy. With my surprise, without thinking that I could hurt her feelings, I told her to buy diet pills, then another friend friend interrupt our conversation by saying “just like me, I’m bigger and fatter than you before. Look at me now, trying to look sexy.” And I was saved by the bell, because everybody laughs. I told myself to think a times before i talk.

An acne treatment with anti aging

In a mall, a sales lady approached me and introduced an acne treatment cream. At first I just ignored her, then she keeps on explaining and offered a small kit for free. Without any doubt I took the kit and pay attention to everything she said, as I looked into her face, her skin was really fine and when I tried to touch it, it was so soft. Then I asked her how old is she, the lady replied with a smile “I’m already 47 years old.” But she looks 30. And she also added “It’s not just for treatment, it’s an anti aging.” The sales Lady really convinced me, and I purchased another one for my friend, Pamela.
