Every mother desires her unborn baby to be healthy

We may be tempted to take prenatal vitamins because of unproven claims that they promote thicker  hair and stronger nails. According to research, taking vitamins are generally safe for healthy adults, they may not be suitable if you’re not pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Every mother desires her unborn baby  to be healthy, with no birth defects or other problems that would limit the ability for the development of the child’s fullest potential. So physicians have recommended supplemental vitamins and minerals as part of routine prenatal care.

A friend is never a coincidence in your life

“The greatest value of life having good friend is not what you get from them, but the better person you become because of them.” A friend is never a conicidence in your life life… They are once a stranger meant to come into your life to bring your priceless lessons and many funny memories. A friend is never a coincidence in your life, they are meant to enter your life to bring you joy and laughter. So, i will treasure the friendship between us.
